Student Housing
Fairfield is committed to offering first-class university student housing. We believe that in addition to offering a great education, college should be safe, comfortable and even fun, so we build off campus student housing that is ideally suited to college students.
Fairfield’s student housing properties offer everything students need to transition between hitting the books and relaxing in style; we offer an environment that is conducive to study and group recreation. Our student housing properties, branded “The Exchange,” provide attractive and efficient living quarters that appeal to students, their parents, and institutional investors.
We offer suites with up to four private bedrooms, each with a key-locked door, bed, dresser, desk with shelves and hutch, telecommunications, high-speed Internet access and usually, a private bath. The suite includes a common living room and kitchen.
Fairfield has built student housing communities consisting of nearly 14,000 “beds,” and we have more than 4,000 more planned.
Recreational amenities include a clubhouse with computer lab, study rooms, TV room, pool tables, a resort style swimming pool, sand volleyball and outdoor basketball courts.
